Ordering and Shipping:
Orders for all products can be done via the Key Digital portal.&Key Digital uses FedEx Ground, and UPS for all shipments. Some products must ship via FedEx Freight. Orders of more than $1,500 qualify for free shipping (48 contiguous states only). These orders will be shipped via FedExGround or UPS at Key Digitals discretion. Free shipping on orders of more than$1,500 does not include express shipping services such as Overnight or 2nd Day.Warehouse pick-ups must be paid for in full before any product will be released. Any merchandise returned to the warehouse must be accompanied by aReturn Authorization number from a Key Digital Sales Representative.
Dealer Registration, Payment Terms and Conditions:
All terms are pre-paid with credit card. &Terms may be set up through a separate terms application process. Key Digital does not allow for C.O.D accounts, but does accept all major credit cards
Product Returns:
All Key Digital products (excluding clearance and discontinued products) can be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be shipped via FedEx Ground, or UPS with pre-approved RMA number. Key Digital will reimburse (only applies to dealers who purchased products direct from Key Digital) the purchase price plus shipping charges to return any items for any product that does not meet our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Key Digital will not reimburse shipping costs on products returned due to order error or surplus. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns after 30 days. No merchandise returns (only applies to dealers who purchase direct from Key Digital) after 60 days. All products returned must have prior notification to Key Digital and an assigned Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by Key Digital and written on the box. Clearance and Discontinued products may be returned only in the event of a manufacturer’s defect. All returns must be pre-approved and sent to the address below:

All returns must include the pre-assigned Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number.
Internet Sales:
Key Digital does NOT authorize any of its resellers to sell any Key Digital products on eBay, Amazon or any other similar online website without written approval from Key Digital. Key Digital reserves the right to terminate any reseller found in violation of this policy.
Pricing Promotions / Reductions:
Key Digital may offer lower prices on various items on a promotional or permanent basis. Unless otherwise noted, we do not offer price protection on past orders if these changes occur. Dealer can contact manufacturer directly for pricing schedules.
Term Termination:
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Key Digital without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Notices:
Key Digital may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, certified mail, FedEx/UPS or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Key Digital.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Key Digital, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
