Key Digital Announces Compass Control® Pro Partner Alliance with TOA
MOUNT VERNON, NY – May 5, 2021 – Key Digital, an award-winning developer and manufacturer of leading-edge digital video processing and video signal distribution solutions, announces an advantageous technology partnering with TOA, a Japan-based manufacturer of audio equipment. Key Digital’s Compass Control® Pro Partner Alliance program now includes two control modules for RS-232 control of TOA’s 9000M2 series audio mixer and router.
Key Digital’s Compass Control® Pro is a fully integrated control system built from the ground up to replace traditional control interfaces by allowing users to control professional audio, video, security, HVAC, and lighting systems using iOS devices. The innovative software offers a cost-effective and customizable control system with ever-evolving updates to meet each technological advance. The recently updated GUI delivers a modern and user-friendly interface, while the option for customized graphics allows a GUI tailored to any desired design theme. The extensive list of pre-configured control drivers, modules, and GUI templates available with the Compass Alliance Partners program creates a simple plug-n-play system saving integrators valuable programming time. The TOA 9000M2 series digital matrix mixer/amplifiers combine a modular matrix mixer, DSP, and amplifiers in a compact, two-rack space package. The new series is ideal for multi-zone paging, music distribution, and room-combining applications. The 9000M2 series models include dual and single channel amplifiers with high or low impedance outputs plus a matrix mixer-only version.
For mixing control, the Compass Control Pro GUI provides individual faders for each audio source to create an independent mix for the selected output channel. Users may also control the output channel volume and muting.
For router control of the M2 series, users select each output to control, select an independent source for each output, and adjust the volume slider to control output channel volume or mute.
The 9000M2 series includes the M-9000M2, A-9060DHM2, A-9120DHM2, A-9060SM2, A-9120SM2 and A-9240SHM2. This series joins TOA DP-SP3 digital processor and DP-K1 modular digital processor on the Compass Control® Pro Partner Alliance program roster.
